Judith Mulligan

Director

Judith joined Seesaw as Director in February 2017. Judith has worked with children, young people and their families for over 25 years as a teacher, support worker, mentor and as a supervisor and manager for practitioners working with families. Judith has managed services delivering a range of support to children and young people to meet their emotional and educational needs and promote wellbeing. Prior to relocating to Oxford in 2017 Judith worked for charities in London, most recently as Chief Executive of Every Parent & Child.
