SeeSaw offers support and advice to anyone involved in caring for bereaved children and young people. It can be common for children in foster care to experience bereavements, and these may be made more complex by the experience other losses, such as family, homes, schools & friends etc. Foster Carer's play a pivotal role in children's lives and do an incredible job. However, we know that navigating a child's bereavement can feel overwhelming, so, as it's Foster Care Fortnight, we wanted to share a reminder of our online training; 'How to Support Bereaved Children and Young People'. This is available for those working in schools, professionals working with children and young people, as well as foster carers. If you would like to know more about our training, take a look at our website www.seesaw.org.uk/online-training/ or email info@seesaw.org.uk #fosteringcommunities #FCF22 #childbereavement ...
