Community organisations and individuals throughout Oxfordshire help us in so many ways and enable us provide support and extra resources for bereaved children and families. Here’s how our community friends help:
Organise your own event
We know that there is a great deal of satisfaction in planning and organising an event from start to finish. This might be a pub quiz or a cake sale, or something more ambitious like a black tie ball or a sponsored event like Poppy Campion's fantastic hula hoop challenge! If you decide to organise an event then please contact our community fundraiser, Lucy Wise, who will be able to support and advise you along the way, and also help to publicise your event through our website and social media. You can reach Lucy by emailing her on firstname.lastname@example.org or calling the office - 01865 744768.
We are always delighted to give talks to local organisations and groups about our work. This is important as it helps raise awareness about the charity. If you belong to a community group such as Rotary, Round Table, Freemasons, WI or a church group then why not ask us to come and speak to your members?
