Getting involved

People get involved with SeeSaw in many different ways

Can you help?

Community fundraising

Our community supporters raise vital funds so we can work with the bereaved children and young people who need us. Families and friends, local societies and schools, organisations, churches and sports clubs are all part of the network of SeeSaw support throughout the county.

Corporate support

We have lots of different ways that you and your business can support us, whether you are a two-man band or a big corporation – for example, through making SeeSaw your Charity of the Year, employee fundraising, payroll giving, donating gifts in kind, sponsorship or volunteering. Many businesses throughout Oxfordshire support us as part of this Corporate Responsibility Programme - please see our 'Thank you' page for details.

Schools fundraising

Have fun at school by raising money for SeeSaw in one of many ways. Dressing-up day, cake sales, sponsored swim ... the possibilities are endless.

Taking part in events

Challenge yourself and raise money for SeeSaw. People have supported us through the 3 Peaks Challenge, the London Marathon, sponsored cycle rides, Abingdon Half Marathon and abseiling.

Volunteering

You can join our team of volunteers who support us by helping at events, offering their time and skills, or training as a clinical support worker. People from all walks of life enjoy volunteering with us, knowing that they are making a difference to bereaved children and young people.

Charitable trusts and partnerships

We rely on income from charitable trusts to support our work, many of them local to Oxfordshire.

Our funding goes further because we are able to share our experience, skills and resources with other charities and statutory bodies who value the importance of SeeSaw's work with bereaved children and young people across the county.
